Ernest Hemingway used to live there. Unfortunately, he has been dead for many years. You can visit his house though. The Hemingway house is famous for its cats with extra toes. The only other celebrity I know of associated with Key West is Jimmy Buffett. I am not sure if he lives there or not. The truth is that Key West is a tiny island and VERY laid back. So there is not much for a rich celebrity to spend their money on!

Jimmy Buffett lives in Key West. There's a restaraunt there named Blue Heaven after one of his songs. Great place to eat if you don't mind chickens running around everywhere.
